ThuGLife Mz's Nelson Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juvenal Pombal in the 31st minute of play. After 34 minutes, Ricardo Palmeira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ginga and the ThuGLife Mz players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ginga's Ricardo Palmeira got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 39thth minute of the game Ricardinho Mineiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ginga's Fellipe Almeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ThuGLife Mz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardinho Mineiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ricardinho Mineiro to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Juvenal Pombal sped through ThuGLife Mz's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nelson Queiroz. 57 minutes into the match, Juvenal Pombal notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of ThuGLife Mz's Nelson Queiroz. The Ginga players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
