Afonso de Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fernando Toscano in the 6th minute of play forced Só Canela FC's goalkeeper Afonso de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Hyllos Roros took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Afonso de Queirós to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Maicon Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot. Só Canela FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Maicon Mendonça was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Pedro Carvalho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Borussia de Madrid's Marcin Sosnaks got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Zé Pedro Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandão Trevisan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the game, Borussia de Madrid's Taio Macia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Afonso de Queirós made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Aírton Sá hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After having played for 37 minutes, Konrad Loepp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Borussia de Madrid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Konrad Loepp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Taio Macia's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Afonso de Queirós firmly grabbed it by the left post. Só Canela FC's Afonso de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvério Dionísio in the 43rd minute of play. Afonso de Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Fernando Toscano in the 44th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Taio Macia to make the kick off. Afonso de Queirós didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Fernando Toscano went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Maicon Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Pedro Carvalho having to interfere. Afonso de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Fernando Toscano in the 62nd minute of play. Afonso de Queirós came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Borussia de Madrid's Hyllos Roros. But to his dismay, Hyllos Roros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After a rather tough play, Borussia de Madrid's Taio Macia got a free kick in the 71st minute. 76 minutes into the match, Só Canela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Taio Macia came free, but Afonso de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Afonso de Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taio Macia in the 83rd minute of the match. Maicon Mendonça's late challenge caught a Borussia de Madrid's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maicon Mendonça helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Borussia de Madrid booed when Só Canela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maicon Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. Só Canela FC's Afonso de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taio Macia in the 88th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Taio Macia notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Só Canela FC's Afonso de Queirós. Afonso de Queirós was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Taio Macia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Borussia de Madrid were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Só Canela FC for a fine match.
