Cesinha Machado's late challenge caught a Ferraria EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cesinha Machado helped the player get up and apologised. After 36 played minutes Bola Bola got a freekick which was hit by Cesinha Machado. 44 minutes into the match, Bola Bola's goal looked a bit too open when Giuseppe Pereira came free, but Jonas Cardozo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ferraria EC's Andrézinho Ramalho got a free kick in the 70th minute. Jonas Cardozo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Breno Proença in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute, Ivo Cordeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net.
