Renatinho Furtado took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tunç Baybars. Mad Max FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Falcão Couto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tunç Baybars, 1-0. Rômulo Carvalhos short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Tunç Baybars to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gendo Karo-karo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Décio Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 22nd minute, Oswaldo Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Aureliusz Jestrimski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tunç Baybars. That made the score 2-0 in the 25 minute of play. Maurício Leme charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maurício Leme the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Mad Max FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Maurício Leme hit a great ball. Tunç Baybars made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Aureliusz Jestrimski sent off a good shot on target. Mad Max FC's Tunç Baybars proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Mad Max FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Mad Max FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Nelsinho Velasco hit a great ball. Tunç Baybars didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hortêncio Mesquita went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Chafariz booed when Mad Max FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurício Leme didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Chafariz made a substitution. Bernard Filipkowski replaced Jardel Leão. The wind increased when Rômulo Carvalho made the kick off in the second half. Tunç Baybars showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falcão Couto in the 54th minute of the match. Hortêncio Mesquita scored 4-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tunç Baybars, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 67 minutes of play, Chafariz's Rômulo Carvalho made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tunç Baybars was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mad Max FC's Cristóvão Sabóia got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mad Max FC's Tunç Baybars played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rômulo Carvalho in the 74th minute of play. Tunç Baybars showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rômulo Carvalho in the 77th minute of the match. Falcão Couto hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Rômulo Carvalho took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tunç Baybars. Tunç Baybars dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. If Hortêncio Mesquita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mad Max FC's Tunç Baybars played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falcão Couto in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th match minute, Chafariz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Falcão Couto to maneuver through the defense.
