Alfredão da Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elder Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredão da Rocha in the 16th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes Taborda FC got a freekick which was hit by Claudinei Lopez. If Luís de Moraes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Claudinei Lopez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute, one of Taborda FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Taborda FC. In the 32nd minute, Alfredão da Rocha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elder Moreira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 38 minutes, Wilian Oliveira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Taborda FC and the Laranja Mecatrônica players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wilian Oliveira hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The Taborda FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Laranja Mecatrônica were winning 0-2.

A collision led to Laranja Mecatrônica getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Víktor de Toledo hit a great ball. The supporters of Taborda FC booed when Laranja Mecatrônica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nelson Novaes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute of the match Erasmo Cruz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hilbert Thormar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Wilian Oliveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilbert Thormar having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Laranja Mecatrônica's Gabriel Dracena got a free kick in the 66th minute. Wilian Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Hilbert Thormar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luís de Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredão da Rocha came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Elder Moreira could save by the left post. The Taborda FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Laranja Mecatrônica's performance. The match ended with a win for Laranja Mecatrônica.
