Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alessandro Perez took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alessandro Perez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Sydney Donatello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th match minute, Itapua AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aníbal Mendonça to maneuver through the defense. Sydney Donatello made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Alberto Pontes sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute Igor Cerezo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guga Lira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacuarana's Guga Lira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Campidelis in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Vinícius Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Itapua AD's Sydney Donatello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Perez in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Cerezo in the 36th minute of play forced Jacuarana's goalkeeper Guga Lira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eriberto Campidelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Guga Lira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alessandro Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sydney Donatello having to interfere. Igor Cerezo struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Guga Lira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itapua AD. Alessandro Perez was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 46th minute. Jacuarana's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Itapua AD's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinei Godoi came free, but Sydney Donatello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Claudinei Godoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Jacuarana's Guga Lira got control of the ball when Wanderson Pena tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sydney Donatello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Pontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Sydney Donatello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Perez in the 63rd minute of the match. Alessandro Perez took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sydney Donatello. Sydney Donatello dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Claudinei Godoi struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Sydney Donatello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jacuarana. Sydney Donatello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Perez in the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Pontes in the 77th minute of play forced Itapua AD's goalkeeper Sydney Donatello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sydney Donatello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Perez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Itapua AD getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Aníbal Mendonça hit a great ball. Itapua AD's Sydney Donatello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Perez in the 81st minute of play. Aníbal Mendonça hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Elias Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Igor Cerezo struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Guga Lira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itapua AD. Eriberto Campidelis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wanderson Dracena hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Edgar Sarmento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jacuarana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Sydney Donatello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Perez in the 96th minute of play.
