With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivo Duarte in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Fabiano Faria saved Pato City from getting behind. In the 41st minute Claudinei Matos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fabiano Faria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Ivo Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bocaja's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivo Duarte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luís Fabiano Faria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gilberto Neves struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Luís Fabiano Faria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bocaja. The Pato City players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bocaja were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cássio Prado to strike the kick off in the second half. Luís Fabiano Faria stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivo Duarte's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. After 57 played minutes Pato City got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Travassos. Ivo Duarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pato City's Luís Fabiano Faria proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Pato City from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Prado in the 63rd minute of play forced Bocaja's goalkeeper Igor da Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ivo Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Renan Quadros's late challenge caught a Bocaja's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Renan Quadros helped the player get up and apologised. Gilberto Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Luís Fabiano Faria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bocaja's Ivo Duarte got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bocaja's Ivo Duarte managed to work through Pato City's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ivo Duarte dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Luís Fabiano Faria was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Ivo Duarte capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ivo Duarte really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. In the 92ndth minute of the game Ivo Duarte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pato City's Luís Fabiano Faria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luís Fabiano Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivo Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Bocaja's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
