Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Armando Mandrak got the match started through his kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Armando Mandrak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vivaldo Motta. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. After 6 played minutes Cachambi FC got a freekick which was hit by Natanael Neves. In the 7th minute, Caetano Cerezo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Verdes SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Arlindo Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arlindo Lima in the 13th minute of play forced Cachambi FC's goalkeeper Vinícius Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Mandrak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arlindo Lima in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vinícius Antunes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Rafa Velloso fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cachambi FC's protests and gave Rafa Velloso a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, Rafa Velloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armando Mandrak struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Vivaldo Motta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachambi FC. A collision led to Verdes SS getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ezequiel Peres hit a great ball. Caetano Cerezo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Vinícius Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vivaldo Motta made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Fred Fonseca sent off a good shot on target. When Verdes SS's Arlindo Lima in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cachambi FC's goalie prevented a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Arlindo Lima in the 57th minute of play forced Cachambi FC's goalkeeper Vinícius Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Caetano Cerezo came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Verdes SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caetano Cerezo couldn't finish the play. Natanael Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 76th minute, João Silveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vinícius Antunes made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Caetano Cerezo sent off a good shot on target. Cachambi FC's Rafa Velloso got his second yellow card of the match in the 81st minute. The referee ordered Rafa Velloso off the ground. 80 minutes into the game, one of Cachambi FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Natanael Neves fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cachambi FC's protests and gave Natanael Neves a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th minute, Natanael Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caetano Cerezo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Vinícius Antunes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Caetano Cerezo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Vinícius Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 97 minutes of play, Verdes SS's Caetano Cerezo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vinícius Antunes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Verdes SS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
