Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The audience thought a goal was coming when Cleiton de Queirós got free with Téo Matorin in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Téo Matorin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cleiton de Queirós in the 10th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Oséias Valladares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aracas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SE Digolas the free kick. The supporters of SE Digolas booed when Aracas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oséias Valladares didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Valdemar Valladares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernando Alvarenga was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Fernando Alvarenga came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Aracas's Valdemar Valladares. But to his dismay, Valdemar Valladares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 31st minute Yu Yu Mo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Alvarenga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Doriva Sá cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Téo Matorin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdemar Valladares in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fernando Alvarenga saved SE Digolas from getting behind. Fernando Alvarenga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Valladares in the 44th minute of play. SE Digolas's Fernando Alvarenga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Márcio Loureiro in the 45th minute of play. Valdemar Valladares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The SE Digolas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Aracas were winning 1-2.

52 minutes into the game, SE Digolas's Elivélton Moura nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Téo Matorin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. In the 56th minute Elivélton Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Téo Matorin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oséias Valladares was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 62 minutes into the match. Aracas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdemar Valladares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 81st minute, Diogo de Mendonça got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Valdemar Valladares came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Aracas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdemar Valladares couldn't finish the play. Yu Yu Mo might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando Alvarenga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yu Yu Mo ran back to his position shaking his head. Christiano de Souza hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. A collision led to Aracas getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Rubinho Melo hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Aracas left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SE Digolas.
