Ibiquera's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedro Paranaense was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to Ibiquera getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Rodriguinho Peixoto hit a great ball. Caio Palmeira struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Juarês Maciel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pucazeiro. Juarês Maciel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Zanette, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Juarês Maciel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Machado in the 13th minute of the match. In the 17th minute of the match Caio Palmeira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juarês Maciel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Adriano Leal struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Juarês Maciel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pucazeiro. A collision led to Ibiquera getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Noel Antunes hit a great ball. When Silas Salgado fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ibiquera's protests and gave Silas Salgado a yellow card for diving instead. Silas Salgado kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 30th match minute, Ibiquera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodriguinho Peixoto to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Pucazeiro booed when Ibiquera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caetano Bezerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caio Palmeira made a great header on Pucazeiro's corner, it was just that Ibiquera's Juarês Maciel managed to reach the ball for a save. After some careless play in the Ibiquera defense, Pedro Paranaense kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juarês Maciel. The Ibiquera fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juarês Maciel should have stopped the shot. Fernando Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juarês Maciel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Paranaense went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Róbson Marquez charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Róbson Marquez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Róbson Marquez hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match.

Fernando Machado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Juarês Maciel made a huge save. 63 minutes into the game, Rodriguinho Peixoto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ibiquera's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pucazeiro the free kick. In the 63rd minute, one of Ibiquera:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ibiquera. Juarês Maciel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Paranaense in the 77th minute of the match. Caetano Bezerra hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Juarês Maciel was a little too slow when Dráuzio Zanette got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 0-5. Ibiquera's Juarês Maciel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Paranaense in the 93rd minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 94 minutes into the game, when Zé Carlos Koehler put in a rough tackle. In the 99th minute, Pedro Paranaense fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Fernando Machado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juarês Maciel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 100th minute of play.
