Adriano Pinheiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Luís Donatello in the 23rd minute. When Luizão Brito fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real-Matismo F.C's protests and gave Luizão Brito a yellow card for diving instead. After 27 played minutes Real-Matismo F.C got a freekick which was hit by Luizão Brito. Real-Matismo F.C's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Luan Dias 29 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Luís Donatello got free with Adriano Pinheiro in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Luan Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vieiras's supporters rose to their feet, but Luan Dias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adriano Pinheiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Luan Dias came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Vieiras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luan Dias couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute Luan Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Real-Matismo F.C's Luizão Brito got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Pedro Luís Donatello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adriano Pinheiro having to interfere.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luan Dias in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adriano Pinheiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Vieiras manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Real-Matismo F.C to win.
