Waldemar Falcão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Júnior Neiva made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Reynaldo Dracena made the kick off in the second half. The Felicio EC fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Felicio EC's Waldemar Falcão looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Brewers's zone, Tomé Brodel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Júnior Neiva came out of the goal and Tomé Brodel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th minute, Raphael Chaves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Brewers's Roger da Rocha got a free kick in the 81st minute. Roger da Rocha hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Felicio EC's Osvaldo Marques got control of the ball when Vitório Tande tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gláuber Sabóia kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, Brewers's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Falcão came free, but Júnior Neiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Felicio EC booed when Brewers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael Chaves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Milosz Grona took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Júnior Neiva. Brewers's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
