Spectators: 7478 (Terracing: 5610, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pedro Luís Cearense took the kick off in the first half of the match. Nilton Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adelino Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Leon Filipowski charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leon Filipowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Atininga's Leon Filipowski got a free kick in the 6th minute. Kalango FC's Pedro Luís Cearense couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 7th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Atininga. In the 9th minute, Adelino Azevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nilton Pinheiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Kalango FC's Nilton Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franklin Pereira in the 12th minute of play. Adelino Azevedo took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nilton Pinheiro. Nilton Pinheiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Nilton Pinheiro came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Atininga's Franklin Pereira. But to his dismay, Franklin Pereira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Kalango FC's Pedro Luís Cearense got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nilton Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franklin Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 29th minute Luiz Eduardo Matos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilton Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudinei Medeiros's late challenge caught a Atininga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claudinei Medeiros helped the player get up and apologised. Nilton Pinheiro came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Atininga's Adelino Azevedo. But to his dismay, Adelino Azevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Nilton Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin Pereira in the 42nd minute of play. When Claudinei Medeiros was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Kalango FC's Claudinei Medeiros got a free kick in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adelino Azevedo was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Kalango FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Durval Brodel to maneuver through the defense. Atininga's Leon Filipowski shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 53rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Nilton Pinheiro but with some difficulty. Kalango FC's Nilton Pinheiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Kalango FC from getting a goal against them. Franklin Pereira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nilton Pinheiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Franklin Pereira slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 61st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Franklin Pereira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nilton Pinheiro. That made the score 0-7 in the 65 minute of play. After 68 played minutes Adelino Azevedo rounded Kalango FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-8. Adelino Azevedo came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nilton Pinheiro could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franklin Pereira in the 72nd minute of play forced Kalango FC's goalkeeper Nilton Pinheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Pedro Luís Cearense managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kalango FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Luís Cearense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anísio de Alcântara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kalango FC's attentive Fausto Valadares managed to snatch the ball when Rony Palmeira made a throw-in in the 76th minute of the game. In the 77th minute, Kalango FC's Felipe Linares seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Felipe Linares the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kalango FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Felipe Linares had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kalango FC! 82 minutes into the match, Adelino Azevedo notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Kalango FC's Nilton Pinheiro. Nilton Pinheiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 85 minutes into the match, Kalango FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rony Palmeira came free, but Nilton Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franklin Pereira in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nilton Pinheiro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kalango FC's Nilton Pinheiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Kalango FC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Luiz Eduardo Matos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nilton Pinheiro. That made the score 0-11 in the 91 minute of play. A hard shot 95 in the game by Adelino Azevedo from a close distance when the talented Nilton Pinheiro managed to make a qualified save. Kalango FC's players were relieved. Atininga's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
