Spectators: 7643 (Terracing: 5735, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ernani Guimarães took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 3 minutes, Ernani Guimarães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sedex F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernani Guimarães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. César Faustino hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Inácio Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adelino Azevedo in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Siro Abel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Atininga's zone, Jefferson Dracena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anísio de Alcântara came out of the goal and Jefferson Dracena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adelino Azevedo in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Siro Abel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Sedex F.C's Afonso Sena got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sedex F.C's goalkeeper Siro Abel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 27 minutes, Ernani Guimarães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sedex F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernani Guimarães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Pedro Eger in the 29th minute of play forced Atininga's goalkeeper Anísio de Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Atininga's Adelino Azevedo in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sedex F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Ernani Guimarães took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anísio de Alcântara. Anísio de Alcântara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 37 minutes into the match, Adelino Azevedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Siro Abel. Sedex F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adelino Azevedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When Franklin Pereira came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Atininga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franklin Pereira couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Atininga getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Leon Filipowski hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Adelino Azevedo made the kick off in the second half. Inácio Borges's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Siro Abel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. With a little luck, Atininga's Anísio de Alcântara got control of the ball when Ernani Guimarães tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59th minute, Jefferson Dracena fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Anísio de Alcântara, passed just outside the right post. A collision led to Atininga getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Franklin Pereira hit a great ball. João Pedro Eger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atininga's Leon Filipowski couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 71st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sedex F.C. Kauan Paulista hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. If Jefferson Dracena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jefferson Dracena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anísio de Alcântara having to interfere. Anísio de Alcântara made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Ernani Guimarães sent off a good shot on target. If Adelino Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 87th minute, Rony Palmeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
