Spectators: 7526 (Terracing: 5683, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arif Oğuz Yağızalp took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Benfica do Imirim SC's zone, Gildo Cruz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cato Cavia came out of the goal and Gildo Cruz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Pedro Augusto Arósio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gildo Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of UR6 do Imirim booed when Benfica do Imirim SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marquinhos Pombal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gildo Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Cato Cavia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cato Cavia made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Valdir Donato sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Benfica do Imirim SC defense, Chiquinho Freire kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cato Cavia. The Benfica do Imirim SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cato Cavia should have stopped the shot. Gildo Cruz struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Cato Cavia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UR6 do Imirim. Pedro Augusto Arósio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gildo Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cato Cavia having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, UR6 do Imirim's Gildo Cruz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cato Cavia narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marquinhos Pombal was the one to do the kick off. Túlio Botelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arif Oğuz Yağızalp scored 3-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cato Cavia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 60 minutes into the game, UR6 do Imirim's Valdir Donato nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cato Cavia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. If Gildo Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arif Oğuz Yağızalp in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cato Cavia saved Benfica do Imirim SC from getting behind. 70 minutes into the match, Túlio Botelho notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Benfica do Imirim SC's Cato Cavia. Cato Cavia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cato Cavia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Oğuz Yağızalp in the 76th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arif Oğuz Yağızalp in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cato Cavia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Valdir Donato managed to get in a good position for a shot. UR6 do Imirim's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdir Donato was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cato Cavia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arif Oğuz Yağızalp in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cato Cavia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute, Arif Oğuz Yağızalp made a precise shot to the right of Cato Cavia. Benfica do Imirim SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. After having played for 92 minutes, Valdir Donato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UR6 do Imirim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdir Donato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gildo Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Cato Cavia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gildo Cruz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cato Cavia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. There was no doubt that UR6 do Imirim were the better team. UR6 do Imirim's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
