Sílvio Luiz Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's goalkeeper Igor Damião had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Gustavo de Amorim. In the 13th minute, Bob Dinamite left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Bob Dinamite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sílvio Luiz Godoi having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, Bob Dinamite cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Sílvio Luiz Godoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 33 minutes, André Luís Nunes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS and the Real Mônaco F. C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. André Luís Nunes hit a great ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bob Dinamite was the one to do the kick off. If André Luís Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sílvio Luiz Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bob Dinamite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Bob Dinamite took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Sílvio Luiz Godoi to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Real Mônaco F. C.'s Jaime Veloso got a free kick in the 67th minute. Sílvio Luiz Godoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bob Dinamite in the 69th minute of play. Sílvio Luiz Godoi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bob Dinamite showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 70 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Real Mônaco F. C..
