Igor Damião didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ismael Bartolome went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 10 minutes, Ronaldinho Galvão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VIPPER 71's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronaldinho Galvão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's Igor Damião played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Mello in the 13th minute of play. Bob Dinamite blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alberto de Salles having to make a save. When Jonathan Mello fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VIPPER 71's protests and gave Jonathan Mello a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th match minute, VIPPER 71 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldinho Galvão to maneuver through the defense. ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's Bob Dinamite got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Bob Dinamite kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alberto de Salles. That made the score 1-1 in the 24 minute of play. In the 27th minute, Ismael Bartolome got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS booed when VIPPER 71 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Mello didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 minutes ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lenny Turner who took care of the corner kick. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bob Dinamite to strike the kick off in the second half. Igor Damião showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Bartolome in the 55th minute of the match. Cido Vasconcelos kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. With a little luck, ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's Igor Damião got control of the ball when Lenny Turner tried to sneak it across the goal line. The tension between the VIPPER 71 and the ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS booed when VIPPER 71 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enéas Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's Pedro Paulo Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
