Trahira's Rubens Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aílton Godoi in the 17th minute of play. Rubens Ferraz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flávio Freitas in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute Aílton Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubens Ferraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Walmyr Vides during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Walmyr Vides kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Walmyr Vides struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Rubens Ferraz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zerozinho Youth. When Aílton Godoi came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Zerozinho Youth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aílton Godoi couldn't finish the play. Rubens Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aílton Godoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Zerozinho Youth's Aílton Godoi got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flávio Freitas in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rubens Ferraz saved Trahira from getting behind. Walmyr Vides took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rubens Ferraz. Rubens Ferraz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Aílton Godoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rubens Ferraz having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Flávio Freitas made a precise shot to the right of Rubens Ferraz. Trahira's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cacá Damião was the one to do the kick off. Sílvio Pombal hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the match, Trahira's goal looked a bit too open when Aílton Godoi came free, but Rubens Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rubens Ferraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flávio Freitas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rubens Ferraz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aílton Godoi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 56 minute of play. In the 60th minute, Aílton Godoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd minute of the match, Flávio Freitas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rubens Ferraz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rubens Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aílton Godoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 88th match minute, Zerozinho Youth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saturnino Macerio to maneuver through the defense. Trahira's Paulo Renato Prado managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cauan Cruz in the 91 minute of the game. 96 minutes into the match, Flávio Freitas notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Trahira's Rubens Ferraz. Rubens Ferraz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
