The supporters of Atlantis booed when Saracura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iuri Sabóia made a kick off. Sidney da Costa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Atlantis eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
