Biquinha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcinho do Nascimento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cacá Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcinho do Nascimento in the 14th minute of the match. Cacá Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcinho do Nascimento in the 18th minute of play. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Through a series of nice moves, Biquinha FC's Arlindo Soares on his own came free in the 59th minute of the match and shot 0-5 behind a disappointed Cacá Moreno. Cacá Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Túlio da Silveira in the 62nd minute of play. When Furia's Carlos Augusto Faria in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Biquinha FC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Biquinha FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Adilson Vinhas hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Augusto Faria in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arthur Martins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cacá Moreno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Túlio da Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Furia's Cacá Moreno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Furia from getting a goal against them. Chiquinho Reis kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Marcinho do Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Cacá Moreno made a huge save. In the 87th minute, Furia's Luiz Fabiano Cearense seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Luiz Fabiano Cearense the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Furia protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Luiz Fabiano Cearense had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Luiz Fabiano Cearense hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Cacá Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adilson Vinhas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
