No goal. If Iuri Sabóia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Kuzmov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atlantis's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Sony Anderson 11 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After 15 played minutes Golden Falcon F.C got a freekick which was hit by Casemiro Pogba. In the 16th minute of the match Davi Simões sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Didi Saraiva skillfully saved the ball. Percy Simões might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Didi Saraiva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Percy Simões ran back to his position shaking his head. Iuri Sabóia kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Sidney da Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sony Anderson in the 31st minute of play. Sony Anderson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidney da Costa having to interfere. If Percy Simões had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sony Anderson struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Sidney da Costa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golden Falcon F.C. In the 43rd minute, Olavo Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Didi Saraiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iuri Sabóia in the 45th minute of the match. Igor Kuzmov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidney da Costa having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sony Anderson was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Atlantis's goal looked a bit too open when Sony Anderson came free, but Sidney da Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Didi Saraiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Percy Simões in the 53rd minute. If Igor Kuzmov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The attack was good, but when Sony Anderson in the 74th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sony Anderson in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sidney da Costa saved Atlantis from getting behind. After some careless play in the Atlantis defense, Igor Kuzmov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sidney da Costa. The Atlantis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sidney da Costa should have stopped the shot. Atlantis's Sidney da Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Kuzmov in the 81st minute of play. Golden Falcon F.C's Sony Anderson got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Golden Falcon F.C fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Golden Falcon F.C's Sony Anderson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Atlantis booed when Golden Falcon F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serginho Mesquita didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sony Anderson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Sidney da Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Golden Falcon F.C walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
