A collision led to Mabedery getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Wiliam Monteiro hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute Thibault Cointe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vágner Pena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mabedery's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Loucos Por Jesus FDFDF the free kick. After having played for 90 minutes, Thibault Cointe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Loucos Por Jesus FDFDF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thibault Cointe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Osvaldo Garcia struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Vágner Pena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Loucos Por Jesus FDFDF. Albrecht Waldemann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oswaldo Vieira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loucos Por Jesus FDFDF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
