Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dinei Rocha started the match with the kick off. Serafim Costa didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 4th minute. THZ's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Ademar Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafim Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Dinei Rocha was extremely unlucky when he, in the 12th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 13 minutes, Serafim Costa made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 17th minute, Serafim Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Dinei Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, Jardim Botânico's goal looked a bit too open when Dinei Rocha came free, but Ademar Leme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fiori Vaz made a great header on THZ's corner, it was just that Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme managed to reach the ball for a save. THZ's Raphael Silveira was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 27th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 32nd play minute Serafim Costa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ademar Leme. 4-0. Ademar Leme came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by THZ's Jonas Nascimento. But to his dismay, Jonas Nascimento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Dinei Rocha sped through Jardim Botânico's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ademar Leme. In the 44th minute, Dinei Rocha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gonçalo Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Dinei Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Vladimir Almeida made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Jardim Botânico's goal looked a bit too open when Dinei Rocha came free, but Ademar Leme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafim Costa in the 56th minute of play. Ademar Leme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Serafim Costa's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Noel França hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinei Rocha in the 69th minute of play forced Jardim Botânico's goalkeeper Ademar Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jardim Botânico's Ademar Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinei Rocha in the 71st minute of play. Dinei Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 75 played minutes Jardim Botânico got a freekick which was hit by Gonçalo Valle. THZ's José Paulo Mangueira was substituted for Jonas Nascimento. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jardim Botânico fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! In the 81st minute there was a penalty for THZ. Fiori Vaz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ademar Leme. 7-0. Ademar Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinei Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Ademar Leme went to the wrong direction when Fiori Vaz was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. THZ had played much better football throughout.
