Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Duda Saraiva started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Afonsinho da Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Elivareo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Trojans United's Afonsinho da Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmo Jacinto in the 8th minute of play. After 10 minutes Trojans United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roman Elivareo who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Fenix's corner Roman Elivareo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Afonsinho da Costa quite easily take care of the ball. In the 11th minute, Alexsandro Cruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Duda Saraiva came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Fenix fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Duda Saraiva couldn't finish the play. Duda Saraiva scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Afonsinho da Costa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Afonsinho da Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duda Saraiva in the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Alexsandro Cruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Afonsinho da Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomás Kroos, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Duda Saraiva sped through Trojans United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Afonsinho da Costa. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Duda Saraiva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fenix's supporters rose to their feet, but Duda Saraiva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afonsinho da Costa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Duda Saraiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 38 played minutes Trojans United got a freekick which was hit by Chiquinho Freire. If Dalmo Jacinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Duda Saraiva took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Afonsinho da Costa. Afonsinho da Costa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Alexsandro Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Afonsinho da Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomás Kroos in the 52nd minute of play. After 52 played minutes Trojans United got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Rodrigues. With a little luck, Trojans United's Afonsinho da Costa got control of the ball when Dalmo Jacinto tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Trojans United getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Marcus Rodrigues hit a great ball. In the 57th minute, Duda Saraiva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fenix fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. 60 minutes into the match, Trojans United's goal looked a bit too open when Thomás Kroos came free, but Afonsinho da Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Zézinho Saraiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Duda Saraiva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afonsinho da Costa was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 64th minute, Fenix's Duda Saraiva dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Thomás Kroos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afonsinho da Costa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Duda Saraiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 70 minutes into the game, William Moura was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trojans United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fenix the free kick. After 70 played minutes Trojans United got a freekick which was hit by William Moura. After 70 played minutes, Fenix's Roman Elivareo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Afonsinho da Costa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fenix reached it. Afonsinho da Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomás Kroos in the 72nd minute of the match. Thomás Kroos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Duda Saraiva dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Afonsinho da Costa, 0-8. A collision led to Fenix getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Leonel Berger hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Duda Saraiva got free with Afonsinho da Costa in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dalmo Jacinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Afonsinho da Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trojans United's Afonsinho da Costa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Trojans United from getting a goal against them. After 88 played minutes Trojans United got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Rodrigues. With his leg Afonsinho da Costa managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Fenix's Duda Saraiva fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Trojans United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fenix were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
