Jorge Garcia's late challenge caught a S.E Rui Bloem's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Garcia helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SC Mandassaia's Jorge Garcia got a free kick in the 25th minute. Benedito Severo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexsandro Leite having to make a save. Jorge Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. When Oséas Moraes came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the SC Mandassaia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oséas Moraes couldn't finish the play. Oséas Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Cesar Oberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Mazinho Toscano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.E Rui Bloem's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Mandassaia the free kick. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adrianinho Leal to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerônimo Abraão in the 56th minute of play forced SC Mandassaia's goalkeeper Alexsandro Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Téo Pimenta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexsandro Leite having to make a save. SC Mandassaia's Oséas Moraes got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to S.E Rui Bloem getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Adrianinho Leal hit a great ball. The supporters of S.E Rui Bloem booed when SC Mandassaia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oséas Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, S.E Rui Bloem's Téo Pimenta dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Alexsandro Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerônimo Abraão in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute of the match, Adrianinho Leal got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alexsandro Leite was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 88 minutes into the match, SC Mandassaia's goal looked a bit too open when Adrianinho Leal came free, but Alexsandro Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, SC Mandassaia's Didi do Vale got a free kick in the 91st minute. Adrianinho Leal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alexsandro Leite came out and tried to block the shot, but Adrianinho Leal slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 96th minute. The S.E Rui Bloem supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing S.E Rui Bloem would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
