Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Hunters FC's Elmārs Bevalds started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Elmārs Bevalds fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Vítor Madureira having to interfere. João Vítor Madureira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Vistruario in the 8th minute of the match. Elmārs Bevalds's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but João Vítor Madureira firmly grabbed it by the left post. 1-0 became the score in the 12th minute when Elmārs Bevalds elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 18 minutes into the game, Zeledon Vistruario lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated João Vítor Madureira. After having played for 23 minutes, Zeledon Vistruario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hunters FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeledon Vistruario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. João Vítor Madureira came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Hunters FC's Elmārs Bevalds. But to his dismay, Elmārs Bevalds quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 28th minute, Olinda's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zeledon Vistruario fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. João Vítor Madureira stood somewhat misplaced when Zeledon Vistruario came free in front of goal and shot 4-0 to the left of him in the 30 minute. João Vítor Madureira made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Elmārs Bevalds sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th match minute, Hunters FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Vistruario to maneuver through the defense. Olinda's João Vítor Madureira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Vistruario in the 38th minute of play. Vitório Massa hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Elmārs Bevalds struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. João Vítor Madureira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hunters FC. In the 45th minute, Elmārs Bevalds made a precise shot to the right of João Vítor Madureira. Olinda's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 48th minute, Zeledon Vistruario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mauro Pirani was the one to do the kick off. Elmārs Bevalds fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Vítor Madureira having to interfere. João Vítor Madureira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elmārs Bevalds, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Elmārs Bevalds had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Hunters FC fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Hunters FC's Zeledon Vistruario looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. João Vítor Madureira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Vistruario, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Olinda's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Vistruario came free, but João Vítor Madureira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Francisco Alves lost his temper 72 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, Hunters FC's João Francisco Alves got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes in the game Durvalino Miranda after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Mosaed Bo Qamaz. A very good opportunity. Benedito Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. João Vítor Madureira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th match minute, Hunters FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Reis to maneuver through the defense. Mosaed Bo Qamaz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 78th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Durvalino Miranda. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olinda's goalkeeper João Vítor Madureira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. João Vítor Madureira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elmārs Bevalds, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Olinda's zone, Benicio Mino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Vítor Madureira came out of the goal and Benicio Mino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zeledon Vistruario hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Hunters FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
