Justin Thompson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, ArabLionZ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hudson Valle came free, but Justin Thompson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Justin Thompson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hudson Valle in the 14th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Amadeu Velloso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Japira SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ArabLionZ FC the free kick. Amadeu Velloso hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 18thth minute of the game Hudson Valle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ArabLionZ FC's Justin Thompson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, ArabLionZ FC's John Wick got a free kick in the 28th minute. If Hudson Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With his leg Justin Thompson managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when Japira SS's Hudson Valle fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. ArabLionZ FC's Justin Thompson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save ArabLionZ FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hudson Valle got free with Justin Thompson in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Japira SS played a much better game than ArabLionZ FC and deserved their victory. The ArabLionZ FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
