After some careless play in the PIRIPERI FC defense, Claudinei Godoi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horacio Diegotxe. The PIRIPERI FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horacio Diegotxe should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Laércio Mazza took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Horacio Diegotxe to make any attempt to save it. Horacio Diegotxe made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Laércio Mazza sent off a good shot on target. Laércio Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 30th minute, Carlos Carioca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudinei Godoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Horacio Diegotxe made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Laércio Mazza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Horacio Diegotxe. That made the score 5-0 in the 32 minute of play. In the 35th minute, Laércio Mazza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Horacio Diegotxe. The goal made the score 6-0. Claudinei Godoi took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Horacio Diegotxe. Horacio Diegotxe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Horacio Diegotxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laércio Mazza in the 41st minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, PIRIPERI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Falcão Pontes came free, but Horacio Diegotxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orlando Lucas to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th match minute, JupiterGT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laércio Mazza to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Falcão Pontes in the 61st minute of play forced PIRIPERI FC's goalkeeper Horacio Diegotxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. JupiterGT were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after PIRIPERI FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Laércio Mazza took the corner.
