When Juan Veiga came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Real Poá FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Veiga couldn't finish the play. If Dráuzio Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Real Poá FC's Rony Soeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio Lima in the 21st minute of play. In the 27th minute, Nico Valle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 31 minutes of play, Divini Race F.C's Nico Valle made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rony Soeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 34 played minutes Real Poá FC got a freekick which was hit by Dráuzio Catarinense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maurício Amaral during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maurício Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Dráuzio Catarinense's late challenge caught a Divini Race F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dráuzio Catarinense helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Divini Race F.C booed when Real Poá FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dráuzio Catarinense didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nico Valle blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rony Soeiro having to make a save. After 42 played minutes Real Poá FC got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Macedo. Rony Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nico Valle in the 45th minute of the match. Waclaw Gejda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fiori Baiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Fiori Baiano made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th play minute Ian Faria came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rony Soeiro. 0-2. 59 minutes into the game, Dráuzio Lima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Divini Race F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Poá FC the free kick. In the 59th minute, Dráuzio Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dráuzio Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rony Soeiro having to interfere. Divini Race F.C's Nico Valle got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ian Faria hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Silvério Mello hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 75 played minutes Real Poá FC got a freekick which was hit by Hortêncio Ortiz. It was beautiful to see Divini Race F.C's Silvério Mello in action when he in the 77th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! With a little luck, Real Poá FC's Rony Soeiro got control of the ball when Silvério Mello tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute, Real Poá FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nico Valle fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Nico Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the match, Real Poá FC's goalkeeper Rony Soeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dráuzio Lima. 90 minutes into the match, Fiori Baiano notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Divini Race F.C's Waclaw Gejda. Waclaw Gejda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fiori Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 96 minutes, Nico Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Divini Race F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nico Valle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Real Poá FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Divini Race F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
