Leandro Maciel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, Marcelo Txanton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leandro Maciel. Turvania AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelo Txanton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 20th minute Tomás Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christiano Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rony Mota hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. The supporters of Turvania AD booed when Porongos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Fantini didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 32 played minutes Tomás Pinho rounded Porongos's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Calvino in the 35th minute of play forced Turvania AD's goalkeeper Leandro Maciel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustavo Fantini kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Porongos's Christiano Castro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Porongos from getting a goal against them. 39 minutes into the game, Porongos's Alfredo Calvino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Marcelo Txanton really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. A sloppy throw-in by Gustavo Fantini in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Turvania AD's Betão Jacinto. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christiano Castro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Porongos's Christiano Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Durval Duarte in the 77th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Porongos's Alfredo Calvino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leandro Maciel. That made the score 1-7 after 79 minutes of play. The supporters of Turvania AD booed when Porongos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Fantini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leandro Maciel was a little too slow when Marcelo Txanton got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 1-8. Lucas do Valle hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Alfredo Calvino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Marcelo Txanton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 played minutes Marcelo Txanton rounded Turvania AD's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-9. Porongos's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
