Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the game, Dagoberto Campidelis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Marco Varela was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 9th minute, Luiz Paulo do Nascimento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caiuba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Belmiro Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Fabiano Alvarenga having to interfere. After 16 minutes, Elias Mineiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Easy United and the Caiuba players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Easy United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. Caetano Pitta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luís Fabiano Alvarenga. Easy United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luís Fabiano Alvarenga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Paulo do Nascimento in the 19th minute of play. Belmiro Nogueira struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Luís Fabiano Alvarenga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caiuba. In the 22nd minute, Luiz Paulo do Nascimento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Fabiano Alvarenga was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Afonsinho Pirani in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Varela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dorival Carneiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute, Afonsinho Pirani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 31 minutes into the game, Tiaguinho Pereira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caiuba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Easy United the free kick. After a rather tough play, Caiuba's Tiaguinho Pereira got a free kick in the 31st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Afonsinho Pirani in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. Easy United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Afonsinho Pirani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Caiuba booed when Easy United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hélio Valle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luís Fabiano Alvarenga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Paulo do Nascimento in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of Caiuba booed when Easy United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinícius Rezende didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Caiuba's Betão Queiroz got a free kick in the 45th minute. The Easy United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luiz Paulo do Nascimento to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Easy United booed when Caiuba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belmiro Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had been going on for 55 minutes Dagoberto Campidelis shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Marco Varela when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Luís Fabiano Alvarenga came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Caiuba's Betão Queiroz. But to his dismay, Betão Queiroz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Marco Varela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Afonsinho Pirani's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd match minute, Caiuba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kiko Simões to maneuver through the defense. Easy United's Elias Mineiro got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dagoberto Campidelis in the 72nd minute of play forced Caiuba's goalkeeper Marco Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Dagoberto Campidelis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marco Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonsinho Pirani in the 76th minute of play. Tiaguinho Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The audience held their breath when Vinícius Rezende in the 88th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Marco Varela's left hand side. Marco Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilmar Guimarães, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélio Valle in the 95th minute of play forced Caiuba's goalkeeper Marco Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
