A collision led to Flamengo GG getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Dráuzio Gaspar hit a great ball. Dito Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moisés Nascimento came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Icoara Football Club's Dito Ramos. But to his dismay, Dito Ramos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 17 minutes into the game, Icoara Football Club's Erik Antunes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moisés Nascimento made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Dito Ramos kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute. Though ot was a great shot Flamengo GG's keeper Moisés Nascimento was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Dito Ramos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Moisés Nascimento made a huge save. After 25 minutes of play, Icoara Football Club's Adriano Vergílio made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moisés Nascimento was left in no man's land by his defense there! Moisés Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Santana in the 32nd minute of play. Cipriano Santana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Moisés Nascimento made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Falcão Neves during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th match minute, Flamengo GG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Falcão Neves to maneuver through the defense. After 37 minutes, Danilo Arce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Flamengo GG and the Icoara Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Danilo Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Icoara Football Club's Moisés Nascimento threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Erik Antunes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Moisés Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the match, Flamengo GG's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Antunes came free, but Moisés Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moisés Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Antunes in the 48th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dito Ramos to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Flamengo GG defense, Erik Antunes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Moisés Nascimento. The Flamengo GG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Moisés Nascimento should have stopped the shot. 55 minutes into the match, Flamengo GG's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Antunes came free, but Moisés Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simão Mandrak's late challenge caught a Icoara Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simão Mandrak helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th minute, Simão Mandrak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Falcão Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Erik Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moisés Nascimento having to interfere. Erik Antunes struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Moisés Nascimento didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Icoara Football Club. Moisés Nascimento came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Icoara Football Club's Dito Ramos. But to his dismay, Dito Ramos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After a rather tough play, Icoara Football Club's Murilo Silveira got a free kick in the 80th minute. Moisés Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Dito Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Erik Antunes struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Moisés Nascimento didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Icoara Football Club. 95 minutes into the match, Flamengo GG's goal looked a bit too open when Belmiro Cabral came free, but Moisés Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Faustão Mendes fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flamengo GG's protests and gave Faustão Mendes a yellow card for diving instead. When the referee ended the match the Icoara Football Club players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
