Spectators: 6714 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 0) PARMA FC's Ismael Tinoco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Tupanaci's Válter Mazza got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Tupanaci's José Maria Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Tinoco in the 3rd minute of play. José Maria Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Tinoco in the 5th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Manoel Cearense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tupanaci's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PARMA FC the free kick. In the 13th match minute, Tupanaci was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manoel Cearense to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the game, Jeremias Vasconcelos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PARMA FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tupanaci the free kick. After 19 played minutes PARMA FC got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Vasconcelos. A collision led to PARMA FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Jeremias Vasconcelos hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Ismael Tinoco managed to get in a good position for a shot. PARMA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ismael Tinoco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Maria Sabóia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Tupanaci's zone, Ismael Tinoco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Maria Sabóia came out of the goal and Ismael Tinoco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mathias Prata kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Luiz Eduardo Fontes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Maria Sabóia came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by PARMA FC's Ismael Tinoco. But to his dismay, Ismael Tinoco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Válter Mazza kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. José Maria Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Tinoco in the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Alfredinho Barreto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PARMA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Jonathan Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Tupanaci's José Maria Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Tinoco in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute Ismael Tinoco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Jeremias Vasconcelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. José Maria Sabóia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alexsandro da Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to PARMA FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ismael Tinoco hit a great ball. José Maria Sabóia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. PARMA FC's Jeremias Vasconcelos quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ramiro Marques, made in the 76th minute of the game. When Jeremias Vasconcelos came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the PARMA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeremias Vasconcelos couldn't finish the play. Ismael Tinoco struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. José Maria Sabóia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PARMA FC. Alfredinho Barreto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. José Maria Sabóia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Alfredinho Barreto struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. José Maria Sabóia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PARMA FC. Alfredinho Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Maria Sabóia having to interfere. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tupanaci's goalkeeper José Maria Sabóia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, PARMA FC's Alfredinho Barreto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Maria Sabóia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match was over PARMA FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tupanaci throughout the match.
