Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Maurinho Dias got the match started through his kick off. Maurinho Dias's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Manga Santos firmly grabbed it by the left post. MACUMBA's Manga Santos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save MACUMBA from getting a goal against them. Andrézinho Pinheiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flann Flack went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 13 minutes of play, MACUMBA's Flann Flack made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrézinho Pinheiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 19th minute, Flann Flack got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andrézinho Pinheiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flann Flack in the 21st minute of the match. Andrézinho Pinheiro came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by MACUMBA's Flann Flack. But to his dismay, Flann Flack quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Andrézinho Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flann Flack in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, MACUMBA's Flann Flack nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andrézinho Pinheiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Flann Flack sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cafu Gaúcho during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cafu Gaúcho hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Flann Flack blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andrézinho Pinheiro having to make a save. In the 38th minute, Flann Flack made a precise shot to the right of Andrézinho Pinheiro. Dois Irmãos F. C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Flann Flack managed to get in a good position for a shot. MACUMBA's supporters rose to their feet, but Flann Flack was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrézinho Pinheiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Manga Santos managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when Dois Irmãos F. C.'s Maurinho Dias fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flann Flack in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrézinho Pinheiro saved Dois Irmãos F. C. from getting behind. After the first half MACUMBA were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Flann Flack to strike the kick off in the second half. MACUMBA's João Novaes quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Renatinho Pirani, made in the 52nd minute of the game. When MACUMBA's Flann Flack in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dois Irmãos F. C.'s goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flann Flack in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrézinho Pinheiro saved Dois Irmãos F. C. from getting behind. The supporters of MACUMBA booed when Dois Irmãos F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cafu Gaúcho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dois Irmãos F. C.'s Andrézinho Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flann Flack in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, MACUMBA's Vivaldo Paes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Andrézinho Pinheiro. Andrézinho Pinheiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Andrézinho Pinheiro made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Flann Flack sent off a good shot on target. Flann Flack might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andrézinho Pinheiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Flann Flack ran back to his position shaking his head. After 70 played minutes Dois Irmãos F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Luizão Campidelis. Giovanni Simeone struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Andrézinho Pinheiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MACUMBA. In the 73rd minute, MACUMBA's Flann Flack ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Andrézinho Pinheiro. Andrézinho Pinheiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Andrézinho Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flann Flack in the 76th minute of play. After 78 minutes, José Jofre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MACUMBA and the Dois Irmãos F. C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, MACUMBA's José Jofre got a free kick in the 78th minute. The supporters of MACUMBA booed when Dois Irmãos F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurinho Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flann Flack sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrézinho Pinheiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Tiaguinho Fernandes took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andrézinho Pinheiro. Andrézinho Pinheiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9.
