In the 36th match minute, SOL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarbas Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute, Sílvio do Vale ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abel Novaes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Abel Novaes came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Babilonia SC's Juvenal Prado. But to his dismay, Juvenal Prado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Abel Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alan Mesquita, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sílvio Luiz Ceresso was the one to do the kick off. Jerônimo Capixaba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sílvio Luiz Ceresso went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Dé de Amorims short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Abel Novaes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gustavo Perez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Babilonia SC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Alan Mesquita hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Babilonia SC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SOL.
