With splendid footwork Amedeo Mameli arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-0 by the left pole in the game's 9th minute. Tomás Turban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ruy de Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruy de Carvalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amedeo Mameli in the 16th minute. A collision led to Regina Apostolorum getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Fabiano Monteiro hit a great ball. Amedeo Mameli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Ruy de Carvalho made a huge save. After 26 played minutes Regina Apostolorum got a freekick which was hit by Matías Vidal. Regina Apostolorum's Ruy de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Turban in the 29th minute of play. Tomás Turban took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruy de Carvalho. Ruy de Carvalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frans Beckenbauer got free with Ruy de Carvalho in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and João Vítor do Vale made a kick off. After 52 minutes, Tomás Turban mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético de Blumenau and the Regina Apostolorum players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Regina Apostolorum booed when Atlético de Blumenau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Turban didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amedeo Mameli took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruy de Carvalho. In the 64th minute, Tomás Turban left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético de Blumenau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. A collision led to Atlético de Blumenau getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Artur Nogueira hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Amedeo Mameli put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ruy de Carvalho. Ruy de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amedeo Mameli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elder Faria struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Murillo Peixoto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Regina Apostolorum. Wilson Guerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruy de Carvalho having to interfere. Atlético de Blumenau were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Regina Apostolorum for a fine match.
