With his leg Oséias Silveira managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Fechado's Otávio Vasconcelos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Oséias Silveira came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Fechado's Otávio Vasconcelos. But to his dismay, Otávio Vasconcelos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a rather tough play, Tabaco SS's Agostinho Andrade got a free kick in the 37th minute. Eriberto Costa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 倪震威's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. After having played for 42 minutes, Rodriguinho Pitta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fechado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodriguinho Pitta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 倪震威 to make the kick off. 倪震威 did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Eriberto Costa 51 minutes into the match. Marcel de Sousa charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcel de Sousa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tabaco SS getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Fechado's Eriberto Costa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Fechado from getting a goal against them. 78 minutes into the match, Fechado's goalkeeper Eriberto Costa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonzalo Neto. 倪震威 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Eriberto Costa made a huge save. 倪震威s short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Eriberto Costa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodriguinho Pitta in the 84th minute of play forced Tabaco SS's goalkeeper Oséias Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Fechado's goal looked a bit too open when 倪震威 came free, but Eriberto Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, 倪震威 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tabaco SS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
