Golden Kamuy Ainu's Edinho Siqueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Soeiro in the 9th minute of play. Amos Nero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinícius Vander, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Atlético-MG's Amos Nero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinícius Vander in the 17th minute of play. If Alberto Simão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 20th play minutes Adelino Perez shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Edinho Siqueira and just under the crossbar into goal. Adelino Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edinho Siqueira having to interfere. In the 31st match minute, Golden Kamuy Ainu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Deivid Valladares to maneuver through the defense. Edinho Siqueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sydney Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adelino Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edinho Siqueira having to interfere. If Alberto Simão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Atlético-MG's Adelino Perez in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Golden Kamuy Ainu's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Golden Kamuy Ainu defense, Adelino Perez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edinho Siqueira. The Golden Kamuy Ainu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edinho Siqueira should have stopped the shot. 46 minutes into the match, Atlético-MG's goal looked a bit too open when Vinícius Vander came free, but Amos Nero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The wind increased when Adelino Perez made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Atlético-MG's Adelino Perez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edinho Siqueira. Edinho Siqueira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. With his leg Edinho Siqueira managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Atlético-MG's Adelino Perez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Adelino Perez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Edinho Siqueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 58 minutes, Alberto Simão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético-MG and the Golden Kamuy Ainu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edinho Siqueira came out of the goal and Sydney Antunes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute of the match Nelsinho Queirós sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edinho Siqueira skillfully saved the ball. Sérgio Jacinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amos Nero having to interfere. In the 81st minute Vinícius Vander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amos Nero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Golden Kamuy Ainu's Sérgio Jacinto got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sérgio Jacinto in the 92nd minute of play forced Atlético-MG's goalkeeper Amos Nero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Golden Kamuy Ainu's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Simão came free, but Edinho Siqueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Golden Kamuy Ainu fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atlético-MG were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
