Vicente Ponce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After 12 played minutes Usina de Talentos got a freekick which was hit by Gernando de Salles. When Paulo Neves came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Pendotiba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Neves couldn't finish the play. 21 minutes into the match, Usina de Talentos's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Neves came free, but Vicente Ponce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Allan Arruda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pendotiba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Usina de Talentos the free kick. On his own Raí Matorin managed to get through Pendotiba's defense and was going for a shot in the net, but Kuno Heiberg lunged to the right and managed in the last second get hold of the ball before it was to late. In the 32nd match minute, Usina de Talentos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Laurin to maneuver through the defense. Vicente Ponce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Usina de Talentos's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Neves came free, but Vicente Ponce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Neves in the 37th minute of play forced Usina de Talentos's goalkeeper Vicente Ponce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Paulo Neves made a precise shot to the right of Vicente Ponce. Usina de Talentos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Pendotiba's Paulo Neves in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Usina de Talentos's Percival Martins was substituted for Gernando de Salles. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristian Hoffmann made a kick off. Paulo Neves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Vicente Ponce made a huge save. Vicente Ponce made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Paulo Neves sent off a good shot on target. Vicente Ponce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Hoffmann in the 68th minute of the match. A collision led to Pendotiba getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Cristian Hoffmann hit a great ball. In the 77th minute Ezequiel Laurin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuno Heiberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Percival Martins hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Usina de Talentos made a substitution. Ademar Koehler replaced Luiz Guilherme Matorin. Pendotiba's Paulo Neves got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Usina de Talentos's Rogério Tavares got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 87th minute Cristian Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Ponce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle went the supporters of Pendotiba were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Usina de Talentos side.
