After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Fausto da Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Usina de Talentos's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto da Cunha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denílson Proença breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ezequiel Laurin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Denílson Proença read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Vicente Ponce made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Osvaldinho Azevedo sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Usina de Talentos's Vicente Ponce got control of the ball when Giovani Cardozo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ezequiel Laurin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. TRICOLOR's Giovani Cardozo suffered a concussion in the 28th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 29 played minutes Usina de Talentos got a freekick which was hit by Fausto da Cunha. Umberto Vides hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After having played for 32 minutes, Ezequiel Laurin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Usina de Talentos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ezequiel Laurin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd match minute, TRICOLOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Tande to maneuver through the defense. Usina de Talentos's Ezequiel Laurin got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fausto da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Denílson Proença tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ezequiel Laurin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Osvaldinho Azevedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. TRICOLOR's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Raí Matorin scored to the left of an out of position Denílson Proença, making the score, 1-2. Fausto da Cunha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Usina de Talentos booed when TRICOLOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ediberto Negri didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd match minute, TRICOLOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruninho Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Guilherme Matorin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 64th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Usina de Talentos's Rogério Tavares got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th minute, Zaini Saputra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fausto da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Denílson Proença tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ezequiel Laurin in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denílson Proença saved TRICOLOR from getting behind. The supporters of Usina de Talentos booed when TRICOLOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldinho Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denílson Proença was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Ezequiel Laurin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ezequiel Laurin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Ezequiel Laurin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Denílson Proença skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fausto da Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denílson Proença having to interfere. Pedro Paulo Cunha hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. If Rogério Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Denílson Proença took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Laurin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The TRICOLOR fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Usina de Talentos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
