Lucas Marquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute, Alexandre Varela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the game, Tiago Penha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Iracema's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Cajazeiras the free kick. After 15 played minutes Iracema got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Penha. Lucas Marquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michel Chaves got free with Ricardinho Fernandes in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute Silvinho Vaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardinho Fernandes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michel Chaves got free with Ricardinho Fernandes in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute of the match, Silvinho Vaz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ricardinho Fernandes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ricardinho Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Saldanha in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Real Cajazeiras's Michel Chaves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 45th minute, Lino Tavares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Lino Tavares made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Iracema's goal looked a bit too open when Silvinho Vaz came free, but Ricardinho Fernandes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Real Cajazeiras's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Tavares came free, but Lucas Marquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
