After 65 minutes of play, AGE Guarany's Baldomero Jurdan made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sidnei Medeiros was left in no man's land by his defense there! 70 minutes into the match, Baldomero Jurdan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sidnei Medeiros. ROSA DOS VENTOS FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baldomero Jurdan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. If Baldomero Jurdan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ROSA DOS VENTOS FC's Sidnei Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Branco in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute Baldomero Jurdan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidnei Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sidnei Medeiros came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by AGE Guarany's Giuseppe Gerber. But to his dismay, Giuseppe Gerber quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. AGE Guarany's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
