In the 5th minute Alfredão Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Ferdinand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Lauro de Salles took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Maurinho Tande to make any attempt to save it. Martin Guerrero might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maurinho Tande. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Guerrero ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in PEGARU FC's zone, Martin Guerrero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maurinho Tande came out of the goal and Martin Guerrero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Trey Golding received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Maurinho Tande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in PEGARU FC's zone, Martin Guerrero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maurinho Tande came out of the goal and Martin Guerrero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th minute, PEGARU FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Arthur Gaspar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Maurinho Tande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Gaspar in the 20th minute of play. Israel Ferdinand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredão Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Pedrão Severo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurinho Tande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Clebinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Peres came free, but Israel Ferdinand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Israel Ferdinand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Brodel in the 29th minute of play. The wind increased when Hugo Peres made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in PEGARU FC's zone, Pedrão Severo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maurinho Tande came out of the goal and Pedrão Severo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Guerrero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. PEGARU FC's Maurinho Tande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Guerrero in the 57th minute of play. After 59 minutes, João Vítor Jacinto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PEGARU FC and the Clebinho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Clebinho FC booed when PEGARU FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Vítor Jacinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Arthur Gaspar made a precise shot to the right of Maurinho Tande. PEGARU FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 64th minute Wasyl Major suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Cristiano de Mendonça charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristiano de Mendonça the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Clebinho FC's Israel Ferdinand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Clebinho FC from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd minute Hugo Peres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Ferdinand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurinho Tande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trey Golding, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After a rather tough play, PEGARU FC's Alfredão Alagoano got a free kick in the 79th minute. If Trey Golding had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedrão Severo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Israel Ferdinand made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Carlos Brodel sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Clebinho FC booed when PEGARU FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Brodel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute, Hamílton de Queiroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
