The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Guerrero was the one to do the kick off. Martin Guerrero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedrão Severo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Sumemo FC's Olavo Baptista got control of the ball when Trey Golding tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 75th minute, Arthur Gaspar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clebinho FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-12. Nelson Arantes's late challenge caught a Clebinho FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nelson Arantes helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sumemo FC's Nelson Arantes got a free kick in the 77th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Betão Magalhães during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Martin Guerrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olavo Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arthur Gaspar in the 96th minute of the match. Nelson Arantes hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the match was over Clebinho FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sumemo FC throughout the match.
