Jonas Vander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Abelardo Fernandes struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Jonas Vander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Geléia FC. In the 15th minute, Ronaldo Nazario left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Geléia FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 19 minutes of play, Geléia FC's Remo Moreno made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonas Vander was left in no man's land by his defense there! 22 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Nazario cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Jonas Vander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the MindHunter City defense, Ronaldo Nazario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonas Vander. The MindHunter City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonas Vander should have stopped the shot. Jonas Vander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ronaldo Nazario went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. In the 35th minute, Ronaldo Nazario made a precise shot to the right of Jonas Vander. MindHunter City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Jonas Vander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Fernandes in the 42nd minute of play. Jonas Vander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remo Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ronaldo Nazario made the kick off in the second half. Abelardo Fernandes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Jonas Vander made a huge save. Jeremias Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Jonas Vander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Nazario in the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Geléia FC's Ronaldo Nazario nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonas Vander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. Luís Paulo Mandrak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrique Madureira's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henrique Madureira in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Paulo Mandrak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonas Vander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Nazario, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes into the match, Remo Moreno dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonas Vander, 0-10. Jonas Vander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Nazario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geléia FC's Abelardo Fernandes got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute, MindHunter City's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Abelardo Fernandes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 86thth minute of the game Remo Moreno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MindHunter City's Jonas Vander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Geléia FC were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after MindHunter City's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jairo Nóbrega took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Abelardo Fernandes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonas Vander quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 89th minute, Ronaldo Nazario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonas Vander was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-12. In the 92nd minute, Ronaldo Nazario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonas Vander didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 94th minute, which inside left pole to 0-13. When the final whistle sounded Geléia FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than MindHunter City.
