The referee ignored MindHunter City's protests and gave Willian Martins a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to MindHunter City getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Willian Martins hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the match, Santos Fidensio notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of MindHunter City's Jonas Vander. Jonas Vander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sandro do Valle charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sandro do Valle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 7 played minutes MindHunter City got a freekick which was hit by Sandro do Valle. After a defensive mix-up in MindHunter City's zone, Osvaldo Bernebe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Vander came out of the goal and Osvaldo Bernebe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juvenal Félix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Téo Leite had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonas Vander. MindHunter City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Téo Leite was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Jonas Vander came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Cascatinha United's Clóvis de Senna. But to his dismay, Clóvis de Senna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Sandro do Valle made in the 20th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Alberto Costa however managed to control. Jonas Vander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clóvis de Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Jonas Vander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clóvis de Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Vander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Fidensio in the 26th minute of the match. Jonas Vander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Téo Leite went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 30 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when MindHunter City's Henrique Madureira fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. The Cascatinha United fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Cascatinha United's Clóvis de Senna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jonas Vander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clóvis de Senna in the 36th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, MindHunter City's goal looked a bit too open when Téo Leite came free, but Jonas Vander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, MindHunter City's Willian Martins got a free kick in the 38th minute. Jonas Vander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Nascimento in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Cascatinha United's Abelardo Nascimento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonas Vander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6.
The wind increased when Henrique Madureira made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clóvis de Senna in the 52nd minute of play forced MindHunter City's goalkeeper Jonas Vander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MindHunter City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Santos Fidensio scored to the left of an out of position Jonas Vander, making the score, 0-7. After 59 minutes of play, Cascatinha United's Clóvis de Senna made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonas Vander was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 62nd minute, Santos Fidensio made a precise shot to the right of Jonas Vander. MindHunter City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. Téo Leite hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clóvis de Senna got free with Jonas Vander in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 73 played minutes MindHunter City got a freekick which was hit by Willian Martins. After 74 played minutes, Cascatinha United's Abelardo Nascimento shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonas Vander came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cascatinha United reached it. Jonas Vander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Fidensio in the 84th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Téo Leite in the 87th minute of play forced MindHunter City's goalkeeper Jonas Vander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Cascatinha United's Gilmar Paranaense got a free kick in the 89th minute. Cascatinha United's Jardel Trevisan was substituted for Santos Fidensio. Clóvis de Sennas short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Jonas Vander to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jonas Vander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clóvis de Senna in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute Jardel Trevisan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Vander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geovanni Hoffmann didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henrique Madureira went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-11 was the resulting score. Cascatinha United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
