Spectators: 7495 (Terracing: 5660, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wilian Souto started the match with the kick off. Clóvis de Senna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olavo Baptista having to make a save. The supporters of Cascatinha United booed when Sumemo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilian Souto didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bonifacio Bonifaco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olavo Baptista came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Cascatinha United's Clóvis de Senna. But to his dismay, Clóvis de Senna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clóvis de Senna in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olavo Baptista prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 23 minutes of play, Cascatinha United's Clóvis de Senna made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olavo Baptista was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nelson Arantes kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute of the match, Wilian Souto tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Geovanni Hoffmann saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 29th play minutes Clóvis de Senna shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Olavo Baptista and just under the crossbar into goal. Olavo Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clóvis de Senna in the 33rd minute of play. The Cascatinha United fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Cascatinha United's Santos Fidensio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 42ndth minute of the game Clóvis de Senna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sumemo FC's Olavo Baptista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Olavo Baptista didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clóvis de Senna went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Olavo Baptista was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Santos Fidensio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Santos Fidensio really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Téo Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Téo Leite recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute Santos Fidensio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Baptista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 66th play minutes Clóvis de Senna shot 0-8, a short shot which went by Olavo Baptista and just under the crossbar into goal. Olavo Baptista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clóvis de Senna in the 70th minute. Sumemo FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Téo Leite scored to the left of an out of position Olavo Baptista, making the score, 0-9. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clóvis de Senna got free with Olavo Baptista in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cascatinha United made a substitution. Jânio Furlan replaced Ronaldo Veiga. 80 minutes into the game, Bonifacio Bonifaco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Olavo Baptista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A hard shot 85 in the game by Clóvis de Senna from a close distance when the talented Olavo Baptista managed to make a qualified save. Sumemo FC's players were relieved. Olavo Baptista made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Téo Leite sent off a good shot on target. Cascatinha United made a substitution. Jardel Trevisan replaced Santos Fidensio. 87 minutes into the game, one of Cascatinha United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Sumemo FC a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kléber Recife, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cascatinha United's Geovanni Hoffmann. 1-10. After a defensive mix-up in Sumemo FC's zone, Clóvis de Senna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olavo Baptista came out of the goal and Clóvis de Senna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Téo Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olavo Baptista having to interfere. Cascatinha United played a much better game than Sumemo FC and deserved their victory. The Sumemo FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
