Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Ricardo Fonseca started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 3 played minutes Norma FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Rocha. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcelinho Lira during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Felipe Valladares charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felipe Valladares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Norma FC booed when Ilha dos Frades was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Valladares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jean Lopes made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Paulo José do Vale sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th minute, Ricardo Fonseca reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jean Lopes. The goal made the score 2-0. Ilha dos Frades's Jean Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Fonseca in the 25th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Júnior Vidal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Norma FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Júnior Vidal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jean Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jean Lopes made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Júnior Vidal sent off a good shot on target. 32 minutes into the match, Ilha dos Frades's goalkeeper Jean Lopes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo José do Vale. Waldemar Fantini received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jean Lopes came out and tried to block the shot, but Waldemar Fantini slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute, Norma FC's Waldemar Fantini dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. In the 39th minute, Franklin Novaes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jean Lopes made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Júnior Vidal sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Júnior Vidal got free with Jean Lopes in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jean Lopes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo José do Vale in the 44th minute. After 48 minutes of play, Norma FC's Waldemar Fantini made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jean Lopes was left in no man's land by his defense there!

After 55 played minutes Norma FC got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Fantini. The supporters of Ilha dos Frades booed when Norma FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franklin Novaes didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Norma FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Júnior Vidal hit a great ball. Jean Lopes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldemar Fantini, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Tepedino in the 61st minute of play forced Norma FC's goalkeeper Fábio Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Fernandão Alcântara in the 62nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ilha dos Frades's Sidnei Correia. When Silvério Tepedino came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Ilha dos Frades fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvério Tepedino couldn't finish the play. 67 minutes in the game, Silvério Tepedino dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Fábio Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidnei Correia in the 74th minute of play. Fábio Oliveira came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Ilha dos Frades's Sidnei Correia. But to his dismay, Sidnei Correia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Edgar Rocha was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 78 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Edgar Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute Júnior Vidal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Ricardo Fonseca made a precise shot to the right of Jean Lopes. Ilha dos Frades's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Ricardo Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Fábio Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvério Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 93rd minute, Waldemar Fantini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jean Lopes was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. When the referee ended the match the Norma FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
