Cornelius Arsted hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the match, Graminea's goalkeeper Celio Campoo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baltazar Rosado. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erivaldo Bittencourt in the 5th minute of play forced Graminea's goalkeeper Celio Campoo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 6 played minutes Clube Atlético Maverick got a freekick which was hit by Sidnei dos Santos. After having played for 11 minutes, Aglauros Kokoris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Graminea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aglauros Kokoris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baltazar Rosado's late challenge caught a Graminea's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baltazar Rosado helped the player get up and apologised. Baltazar Rosado kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute of the match Humberto Vidal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Víktor Sá showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 17th minute, Aglauros Kokoris ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Víktor Sá was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Clube Atlético Maverick's goal looked a bit too open when Aglauros Kokoris came free, but Víktor Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Aglauros Kokoris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Víktor Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Graminea's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Baltazar Rosado fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 33rd minute, Eduardo Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Eduardo Porto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Baltazar Rosado in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Celio Campoo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When David da Silva came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Graminea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David da Silva couldn't finish the play. In the 40thth minute of the game Eduardo Porto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clube Atlético Maverick's Víktor Sá was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Clube Atlético Maverick's zone, Eduardo Porto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Víktor Sá came out of the goal and Eduardo Porto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute Eduardo Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Víktor Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eduardo Porto was the one to do the kick off. When Sidnei dos Santos came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Clube Atlético Maverick fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sidnei dos Santos couldn't finish the play. With his leg Víktor Sá managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Graminea's Eduardo Porto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Víktor Sá took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduardo Porto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Víktor Sá when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Filippo Gelsomini kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Graminea's Léo Ceresso was substituted for Aglauros Kokoris. A collision led to Graminea getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Filippo Gelsomini hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Graminea's goal looked a bit too open when Baltazar Rosado came free, but Celio Campoo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celio Campoo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltazar Rosado in the 73rd minute of play. Nestor Sergipano hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Graminea's Eduardo Porto got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Víktor Sá made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iuri Amorim in the 80th minute. Graminea's Celio Campoo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltazar Rosado in the 81st minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 82 minutes into the game, when Erivaldo Bittencourt put in a rough tackle. In the 83rd match minute, Clube Atlético Maverick was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erivaldo Bittencourt to maneuver through the defense. Víktor Sá showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Vidal in the 84th minute of the match. Víktor Sá made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when David da Silva sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Clube Atlético Maverick defense, Eduardo Porto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Víktor Sá. The Clube Atlético Maverick fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Víktor Sá should have stopped the shot.
