Empate Esporte Clube's Osvaldo Abraão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deivid Donatello in the 8th minute of play. After 9 played minutes Empate Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Şaban Akdoğ. 13 minutes into the match, NOTURNO's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Jesus Espinace came free, but Luís Guilherme Romero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Deivid Donatello came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the NOTURNO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Deivid Donatello couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the match, NOTURNO's goal looked a bit too open when Frédson Domingues came free, but Luís Guilherme Romero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deivid Donatello in the 19th minute of play forced Empate Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Osvaldo Abraão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ksawery Burdzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Hargart hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After 37 played minutes NOTURNO got a freekick which was hit by Serafim Faria. After 38 played minutes Empate Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Tomasz Bakes. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Osvaldo Abraão was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Deivid Donatello. After 53 played minutes NOTURNO got a freekick which was hit by José Vítor Gerber. After a rather tough play, Empate Esporte Clube's Marco Hargart got a free kick in the 54th minute. When Serafim Faria fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. NOTURNO's Luís Guilherme Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Jesus Espinace in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Horacio Jesus Espinace got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 94th minute of the match, Thomas Gustafsson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Osvaldo Abraão saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 95th minute, one of NOTURNO:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for NOTURNO. Empate Esporte Clube were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of NOTURNO for a fine match.
